They cancelled my flight back from Mackay to Sydney NSW Australia without any other options. I had to pay an extra $1100.00 to fly with another airline to come home. You can't contact them. There is no direct email. They won't answer the phone. Worst company ever. I have no doubt I won't be refunded User's recommendation: Stay away. Don't ever use them. You will regret it.
