Left a senior without service/disabled senior for 3 weeks or more no service sent 2 wrong sim cards

August an sept 2018 safety net sent 2 wrong sim cards leaving me without service, prior to that they had my service in someone elses name, this is fraud an abuse to elderly, I called safety net, they sent out a sim card it did not work, went another 2 weeks with no service they sent out another sim card, it did not work either, prior to that for over a year they had my account in someone elses name, how can companies get away with fraud? I am 61 years of age with no home phone, this is my registered phone with lifeline service, safetynet has changed my phone number at least 2 times, they are getting paid for my lifeline service an I dont even have service,
