LeDuo won’t heat up

Lange will not call me back. They sent a broken LeDuo and will not call me back. I called and sent a message and they wont call back. Issue is not resolved. They are using COVID 19 as an excuse. In Florida, we are open for business. User's recommendation: Don’t buy.
