I ordered another pur filter. It should have lasted more than one year. I already had the refills and I was not familiar with any other filter. If this stops working within a year I will not purchase again. The serial number customer service asked for was impossible for me to see. With this virus going around I was not willing to bring an outsider in to help locate this serial number which is in a very ackwzrd place. User's recommendation: It should last longer than 5 refills.
