I have tried for 3 years to get any service or supplies from your company. My orders never ship on time because the first time I call I get told you're waiting on insurance. After I call insurance who hasn't been contacted I'm told your waiting on my doctor. Guess what? Then I'm told to contact everyone myself. Nobody at your company can pick up a phone and help a customer! I just paid the order out of pocket because I'm out of supplies and you couldn't send three samples which I offered to pay for to hold me over. Orders are cancelled without communication and I can't do this any more. I know you won't care but you need to know that the customer is your priority and not the insurance or doctors and I cannot go through this every time any longer. Today I have set up an account with another company for my necessities. Good bye........ User's recommendation: Find a different distributor. Not sure what value they add unless aggravation is a value.
