Leaving un-wanted messages on my phone, constantly. I want them to stop!

These people are leaving messages on my phone almost daily and I want it to stop. They leave other phone numbers on my machine, but when I try to call them back they block their number, Why is this? Because they don't want to hear what I think about them and their message? Please make them stop!
