Leatherup.com shipped me TWO leather jackets, I ordered ONE.

I ordered ONE leather jacket from LeatherUp.com. They shipped me two of the same jackets and charged me for both of them. I HAD TO PAY $20.OO for the return shipping via FedEx. FedEx tracking service states that LeatherUp.com received my return one week ago, yet there has been NO credit received on my credit card banking statement yet. Furthermore, I spoke to two Cus. Serv. Reps., one of them was a manager, who hung up on me because I was determined to get a suitable answer from him, but he merely regurgitated the company's line: "IT'S YOUR OWN FAULT, YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE PUSHED THE BACK BUTTON WHEN OUR ON-LINE ORDER FORM FAILED TO WORK". They will not dialogue with you as an individual with a unique problem. They will simply shut you down and hang up on you if you are persistent. This company has NO CLASS, and LeatherUp.com IS NOT A MEMBER OF THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, THEY HAVE NO ACCREDITATION WITH THE B.B.B. However, they DO have lots of complaints filed by their customer with the B.B.B. BOTTOM LINE: NEVER, NEVER,NEVER BUY FROM THIS CRASS, CLASSLESS AND CARELESS COMPANY.
