Received a product called Creme Renovatrice (not LEATHER RESTORATION CREME as advertised) from China; a piece of sandpaper and a scoop with no directions. The jar is entirely in Chinese. No assistance on how to use it available by phone. When trying to contact Hoiten by email, received a warning that I could be hacked by scammers!
