Hello I purchased a purse from a major department store. I really liked the purse and was willing to pay the price. I have purchased Coach purses and Dooney & Burke in the past. Soon after, the edged of along the purse began to fray. This made the purse unsightly and cheap looking. I stopped using it. Today I was giving things to charity and this was one of the objects set for donation. I still love this bag and thus, I thought I should reach out and see if there is any way to get it repaired considering the price and otherwise good quality. Thank you. Please advise.
