I bought a Natuzzi couch from Huffman Koos in Paramus, New Jersey in July of 2015. Now, the entire top of the couch is peeling in a very unattractive way. Natuzzi won't respond to my requests for help. (See photos here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/HEahQqachkTEdVS37) I spent a lot more than I planned for this couch because I trusted the Natuzzi brand name and expected a very high quality product. I even waited several months for them to ship the couch to me, because I was promised a very high quality product and thought it was worth the wait. The warranty posted on their website says that they don't cover peeling leather (!!???). Natuzzi has not been responsive to my emails.
