Lease Turn In Fee Excess charges scammed.

Made an appointment to have my minivan appraised as a opportunity to turn in my existing lease vehicle early to take advantage of lease deals on a new Minivan. Even though making an appointment, had to wait over an hour to meet with my sales representative (he could have called me to tell me to come later as they were running behind). After meeting with him and having the car appraised, the new lease price came back at $450/mo (including all the lease turn in fees), which was significantly more than my existing payment, so I decided not to move forward with the new lease car and went home. Chad called me a few days later to tell me the good news that they were able to get more money on my appraisal for my existing van, which brought down the payment to $405 (including all the lease turn in fees), which was comparable to what I was currently paying (and now for a car with even a few more options). I decided to move forward with the purchase. I made an appointment to pick up the car, and once again I had to wait for over an hour and 30 minutes to take delivery because they were backed up (again, no call to let me know not to come as they were behind). A month later, I get a bill from US bank saying that I owe $250 for excess wear and tear. I called the dealer, left a message with Chad, who never called me back, so I talked with Tom. He said that I was responsible for the wear and tear charges from US Bank, even though they did an "appraisal" of the car. This is NOT was conveyed to me when I met with Chad...but they really didn't care.. I should have went back to the dealer that I purchased my original van from..they were much more trustworthy and respectful of my time. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!
