Purchased a Project Source Kitchen Sink Faucet on 3/19/20 from Lowes. On 9/22/20 the faucet began leaking under the sink from the faucet assembly at a rapid rate running down the hot water and cold water lines from the mounting system causing a lot of water to collect under the sink and run out onto the kitchen floor. On 9/23/20, I contacted Project Source and tried to speak to someone in customer service and was put on hold. Received recorded message to call back at another time or to wait for the next available customer service representative. After several minutes, I hung up. I tried to find a customer service website where I could email my information and problem to no avail. I only got 6 months out of this faucet . User's recommendation: Beware of Project Source Products ! Contacting someone in Customer Service virtually Non-Existant.
