Leaking after 2 days

We purchased the Primo water cooler on Friday, June 8, 2018, and today Sunday, June 10, 2018, it started leaking after we used the hot water side. We tried everything and the cooler wouldn't stop running. Water continued to down the hot water side. Previous reviews...
