Monique S called and accused me of credit card fraud because my billing address and shipping address were different .how many times do I have to speak to you guys ? I called and spoke to someone . what is suspicious ? I found it suspicious to receive anonymous calls regarding a business matter . why didn't she call from a business phone number ? and why didn't she state the company name and the nature of the call ? someone calls your phone snooping around asking questions that' was suspicious to me . I calling to talk to a manager and no one answering the phone . this is going to be and issue . I don't feel like your company has dealt with a honest customer correctly . how can you loosely accuse ppl of fraudulent activity . especially over something so petty .
