I purchased this says lifetime warranty after a week I went to change the water function and and where it connects to the shower neck cracked and started spraying all over the place I contacted them twice with the problem email address and phone number no reply at all from this company I was just want a replacement the item is clearly defective seems this company does not respond or care about there consumers I think this is bad business
