Update by user Oct 16, 2019 UPDATE: WISH I COULD WITHDRAW MY COMPLAINT. ONCE I MADE CONTACT RUGER PAID TO PICKUP AND RETURN MY GUN. THEY REPLACED THE WHOLE UPPER RECEIVER AND GAVE ME TWO FREE EXTRA MAGAZINES. MY LCP II WORKS GREAT NOW. VERY SATISFIED!
