Staff in LBC SM CLARK doesn't want to release my package to the receiver just because her complete name is not written. First they told me to go back to branch of origin (SM HYPERMART PASIG) to give them receiver's middle name. So I did. NOW they want me to go back to the the branch to give the second name daw (ex. I put Abby de la Cruz and they want it to be Abby MARIE de la Cruz).. i don't think that is justified. This is a simple cheap package not more than P500 and the staff are making the situation more difficult than it has to be. I HAVE WASTED SO MUCH TIME ON THIS PACKAGE. I hope you can do the necessary actions or else you have lost a customer FOR GOOD.
