Lawyers are more important than pump users

I went to Medtronic because of the sensor integration not knowing that their sensors suck. I then upgraded to the 770G from the 670 thinking that Id be able to manage the constant alarms more effectively with my phone. Well their incompetent employees gave me the wrong info and as far as Im concerned I paid for the exact same pump as I had before. The app as far as Im concerned is useless. They need to have a pump user on the development team for the pump software.
