I bought a Lawnboy mower from Home Depot. I took it home and after 15 minutes of use oil started streaming down the front. I took it back to Home Depot and they seem surprised that I expected them to do something. They finally gave me the address for a repair shop (60 km round trip). I bought it August 2016 and now in May 2017 it is still in the shop. I paid the repair shop $60 to assess if its warranty. I have been to Home Depot four times and to the repair shop 3 times. In vehicle travel and repair shop cost I now have about $650 into a mower that I used for 15 minutes. Based on reading Home Depots track history on customer support and Lawnboy's history I'm now going to cut my loses and walk away.
