CEO of Latteno Food Corp. John A. Pinheiro put out several press releases about how his company Latteno Food Corp., had a great seafood company known as Mekonza, along with a South American lab known as Latteno Science, which was supposedly working on cancer curing cannabis, etc. It turns out he only put out such releases to sell the public stock in Latteno Food Corp. He resigned last November, leaving shareholders with empty bags. An investment they can't even sell. Mr. Pinheiro is a criminal defense attorney from Bridgeport, Conn. He has never ran a business, but he proved he's excellent at running a fraudulent scam to screw over the public.
