Lateness of bus

Yes I've been taken Coach USA for the past 3 years and I've never had an issue until this week the driver has been arriving to the Newburgh station 5 to 7 minutes late so plus boarding equals almost 15 minutes. Which I feel to be very unacceptable considering the Raise of the fare. When I tried calling the dispatcher they said it would be fixed and it happened again today. So again I tried calling the dispatcher he stated he was being tracked and he was at the Newburgh station at 4:25 a.m. We're still makes us late into Port Authority by 15 minutes or more. I work for the Board of Ed which makes me have to be at work at 6 a.m. or before with the lateness of the bus obviously late. Which makes me late in the afternoon to catch the 2:45 because there's no Express after 2:45 until 4:45. I leave my home at 3 a.m. to be at the bus station Before 4:20 to get to work I would really appreciate the attention of this
