Lately the chips I’ve brought has been burned

The last 2 bags of chips ive brought had a LOT!! Of burned chips ive been very disappointed I've always brought lays because usually (for years) there never burned please fix this problem ... sorry i ate the ones that weren't burned and threw away the ones that were i came to the website after wating them
