my item should have been delivered on the 15th December 2020 and it did not arrive. I have paid the extra for next day delivery and wanted the items as a birthday gift for my wife who is 40 today and now it's late, she should've had this given to her first thing this morning as a birthday gift very disappointed and would like a full refund on the postage and will see if she still want the items when they eventually get her. User's recommendation: very good customer service and resolved the issue straight away.
