Late pick up or not pick up at all.

The service is horrible. I was selling on ebay and booked my parcels with Sandler service . Sandler has two couriers companies working with Fastaway and Courier please. Fastaway picks up regularly and Courier please does not pick up for days. We have been for 3 weeks in lockdown with covid restrictions and stay home for that time and Courier please marked that it was " unsuccessful" attempt to pick up parcels even though I had my parcels seating outside for 5 days and no one come, no one ring the bell. It has been like this for many times before. My advice if you trade on ebay don't use this service because you will be always delayed with delivery and ebay give you a poor rating. Also, if you try to close the account with Sandler you would not be able. You have to write them and they don't even answer or just say: "we are sorry to hear it" and do nothing.
