1. My Daughter rents unit number 00-0812 at One Franklin Town in Philadelphia. 2. The lease is for 2270.00 and is paid on time each month. 3. Other Payments are for Garage (started in August, 2017), and utilities. This payment amount to $350/Month approximately. 4. The building management charged late payment fees three times each of $227 for late payment of the garage and utilities!!!. 5. The on line access was so confusing to my daughter. 6. We met Ms. Montemayor (assistant property manager) to discuss the confusing web site and requested that the late fees to be removed since the rent is paid on time and the amounts considered late are small and were paid few days late. Ms. Montemayor said that this is company policy and she can't change it. 7. I request a refund of the unreasonable late charges.
