Late or no product sent

I looked up our order status and it says you don't have us in your system. You charged us for 34 Forsythia scrubs which we have yet to receive. You don't respond to any emails left and no phone call returns. Where are our scrubs? After 2 months we finally got our radish seeds. User's recommendation: Don't order from this company!
