Worst company ever!!! I have been charged multiple late fees, even after my payment had been processed and money had been taken from my account. My loan was split into two, one was in a prepayment status, and didn't need payment until December, they then failed to send me bills for my other loan, resulting in MORE late fees. I try to call them, I was put on hold for close to an hour, completely unacceptable. This company is useless and should be ashamed.
