I want to bring attention to who are Chevron Gas Card holder. They do cheat the late fee. I just found that charge me late fee and my payment history is showing I pay on time. I called them, the first person Victor gave me a case number, asked me to call back next day, because 10/23/2018 is the statement closing day; customer service cannot see the detail. I was wondering why, because I received email notice on 10/23/2018, and I found there is "late fee charged." However, I called next day, you won't believe it, she, Evelyn said "I don't know why you gave me case number, I don't have your name on the account. I cannot talk to you." As you know you need to verify many detailed information to access the account, how come from the first place she didn't say so. This is Corporate card, I am the president, and initially I applied card and paying the bill for years. How can they "delete" my name and bill me for so many years. I asked to speak with her manager, she said nobody will talk to you because your name is not on the account. I asked her full name, she refused to provide her last name. Well, they may turn around telling me "we don't have this person" or " we have many Evelyn, we don't know what you are talking about." I want every one knows this fact of SCAM and how they don't care about the customers. Furthermore, now I found that no any person's name under my Corporate Card, so no one can make any change!!! If any my corporate card lost, we cannot even ask to stop the card. Can you believe it? They have been billing me for at least 13 - 14 years!
