Late delivery, missing item, terrible customer service

Ordered 2 items on January 10, 2019 and received e-mail confirmation that both items had shipped. I paid an extra $4.95 for faster shipping, but it still took 13 days to see a delivery--and then only one item arrived. Invoice inside the package said the second item on backorder despite the e-mail I got that said it shipped. Customer service didn't know what had happened, and offered to replace the item, but not expedited...so here I have to wait for another 2 weeks to see if the second item comes. Left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing, and doesn't go out of their way to make it right. I believe the second item should have been replaced with 2-day shipping at no charge to me because of all the misinformation and confusion. I will never order from Northstyle again no matter how much I like their products because they are so irritating. The item that did arrive is a wrinkled mess and I will not be able to wear it until I have it pressed. It is a boiled wool jacket so I will probably have to take it to a dry cleaners to have it done right. Another miss.
