My Friday deliveries have been coming on Saturday late afternoon with melted ice packs. I have had to throw away meat and fish and some ingredients. I did receive a refund for spoiled food 2 weeks ago , but late delivery has continued to be a problem. The customer support was helpful and polite. He gave me a way to contact him by email to follow- up on my late delivery issue today. It is not Saturday 12:30 pm and my Friday delivery has not been received.
