late delivery/horrible customer service/unwilling to accept return

My daughter found her dream prom dress on Pinterest, I searched around and found it on Hebeos.com. She was so excited, we placed the order, paid extra for rush delivery because we purposely didn't have them tailor make the dress in case it needed to be returned. We were planning to have alterations done locally. The dress was promised to be delivered 4.18.18, the dress didn't even ship until 4.19.18 and was actually delivered on 4.23.18. Her prom was on 4.28.18. Not enough time to have anything done to the dress. When we realized the dress wasn't going to make it in time we had to rush out and purchase an different dress, she was devastated. I contacted the company the day after it was delivered to initiate the return procedure. Ha ha! This is a complete joke. They refuse to allow a return. I explained in detail my situation in email after email to their customer service and I keep getting the same reply, "you ordered and received the right dress". Which to their credit is correct, we did receive the correct dress and it was beautiful, but with the delivery being so late and not as promised the dress is/was unusable to us. No matter how many emails I send, they will not allow me to return the dress. I am a single mother and had to save and save to buy my daughter this dress, the replacement dress I bought has to be put on credit. It is very difficult to have to bear the burden of 2 prom dresses. They do not care about the financial mess they caused me. They do not care about their customers!! I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a company and so disrespected. Hebeos.com is a scam. Please learn from my mistake and steer clear of this company.
