Late delivery and ineffuciency

I ordered essential items online. After tracking my order and finding no movement in 5 working days I complained by chatting online and by email. Then I receved notification that you longer had stock. you should not have accepted my money if you did not have stock. I then received an email to say that I can pick up from Amanzimtoti branch. this is 40 kms away. I was afraid to travel due to lockdown regulations so I didd not collect items. I then receieved an SMS to say that the order was picked and awaiting the courier to pick up. The status did not change for 3 days so I emailed Sphiwe Mdhluli who advised the courier had collected the items and that they would deliver today or tomorrow as he had spoken to the branch. I called to confirm with zhe branch who advised me that the items were not collected by the courier. I emailed Sphiwe who did not respond at the time of thee complaint. I Called the branch and spoke to the person in charge of online purchasing who was very condescending and unhelpful saying that if I wanted item couriered i would just have to wait until the end of the week which was a further 5 days. I find your organisation to be very inefficient and do not have the customer centric phoilosophy. I will not deal with you guys again. I still dont have my items which I paid for so I am extremely annoyed. User's recommendation: dont deal with Hifi corp.
