Recently public storage bought the storage company I was doing business with. I have been there since 2017 and never missed a payment. They would call before the late charge and ask for the payment. This company waits until the late fee is assessed then they call you and tell you the bill is past due. And there late fee are outrageous, employees very rude The Worst storage company to do business with. User's recommendation: I would not recommend this storage company.
