I've received my billing statement last 24 Feb with accumulated statements for Jan to Feb 2017 since I never received my billing statement the previous month. I called customer service and spoken to Ms. Nelly she advised to request for waiver and wait for SMS for approval. However, after 4 days I received an SMS saying that my request was declined. I've called customer service again last 28 Feb to explain my side that I never received my previous statement and willing to settle them in full except the interest and Late charges incurred since it wasn't my negligence. I have also a good reputation of clearing all my debt in full and paying them promptly. So, it's unfair if I will charged. The customer service named Aisha promised to call me but never get back to me at all. So, I made a follow up again last 03 March, I've spoken to the Malay guy and promised to get back to me the next Saturday before 5pm. But then, again! Nobody called me. I feel very frustrated and upset with my experience that they couldn't handle my concerns and couldn't give me solutions to my problem. I am hoping for your immediate attention and favourable action.
