We have had Nestles water for the past 7 months via home delivery. The last jug of water was gross. Had a chemical taste that also smelled like Gasoline or Oil. We cleaned dispenser and still tasted gross. So we called and decided to buy a new dispenser from them. Delivery was supposed to be today, so stayed home waiting. After no delivery a chat was begun with them only to find out the dispenser is on back order until the end of January, so we abruptly ended our delivery. I had also tried to call them to no avail. Their automated phone tree was skipping and repeating itself and would not connect. It seems that the complaints are valid and their CS is declining. If I didn't set up an online chat I would still be waiting for a delivery.
