We had just finish breakfast on Sept. 14, 2018 at the Luxor where we had spent five days and were going to call a cab to take us all to the airport. On the way to the lobby had to pass the Lioness Beauty bar. I did not really have time to stop but (this will only take a minute, I promise) something that kept being said over and over. I have been over this already so often with my bank, credit card company, and the BBB of Southern Nevada. I called Shany when I got home and told her I didn't want this product sent to me. You see I left without a receipt or any product. She told me it had already been sent which was a lie because it didn't show up for two weeks. I told her I still hadn't received my receipt in the e-mail. She swore she sent it but would resend it. I told her then that I was feeling funny about it all. Well she sent the receipt that evening and that was when I found out all sales were final and you could only trade for other merchandise. I called her back again and said that I would return it in the mail if it showed up. She said please give it a chance. I said no but it started a texting back and forth for months that got me no where. When it showed up on my porch I picked up the box and ran it right down to the post office. they said that they would return it, but a week later I have a note in my mailbox saying I have a package to pick up. I take the note and tell them that if that pkg. is from Lioness I don't want it. I never touched that box, it was never opened. I said I refuse it and then asked them for some kind of receipt. They told me to buy a stamp. I didn't get it but sure enough I was able to go online and prove when and where the pkg. was returned to. It didn't make any difference, they got over $7500. and I got nothing. So if you pass a Lioness Beauty Bar you better run fast with your hands over your ears.
