I have been an Expo Mobile customer for over one year. In 2016, while in eastern Utah for an afternoon, data service was unavailable, even though the phone was still functioning. The same thing happened for several days in 2017 in Wisconsin and the Upper Penninsula of Michigan. When I called customer service in 2017, the representative had me dial ##873283#, but the recorded response repeatedly said that "the network was busy". This greatly puzzled the representative, so then the representative then had me reset the network settings on the iPhone and, when that didn't work, his advice was "Get a new device." "What?", I said, "you want me to buy a new phone?" "Why not?", he replied. That ended his attempts to help me. After passing in my travels from Wisconsin into Iowa, the data connection returned and now back in my home turf, data connections and phone service are working normally again. I am not impressed by ExpoMobile.
