Large Back ice pack split at seam

I purchased this item through my physical therapy office. They no longer carry it. As I have used sparingly and it was well cared for, I believe the pack splitting and leaking from seam is a manufacturing error. I loved this ice pack it is the best! I cannot afford to purchase a new one at this time. What is your replacement policy?
