Ordered a laptop screen. It arrived. When I opened it, the fragile laptop screen was packed inside two flimsy bubble mailers and then tossed into a larger box. It was notably bent and had a large broken area. I took photos and sent them to customer service, and was informed that since I did not open the box immediately, there would be NO REFUND. YOU SHOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
