Laptop not working

I bought a laptop i.e. HP intel premium Gold 6405u.The processing speed of this device is now very slow and it gets hang while powering on and off and also while working on it.I want this device to be returned, replaced or exchange with other device ASAP. User's recommendation: Check the products carefully and wisely.
