my laptop neo computers was bought last october 2007, they issued me a receipt having it with my name printed. recently, the laptop computer shots, the power turns on and off. So i tried to have fix the problem to octagon sales but they are asking for the receipt which unfortunately i lost that. Then the crew told me that they cannot accommodate my claim unless i can show the said receipt. My point is that, they should render service to my unit even i dont have my receipt as long the warranty seal is in tact.
