Landline wasn’t working

I called Customer Service 3 times, and each time a recorded message said I would receive a callback. I never did get a call. Finally I used the website's Chat function, and spent 1 1/2 hours online with someone who knew nothing. Finally I got a service appointment. User's recommendation: Don't use Optimum!! There is never a person available to speak to, and you will spend hours trying to solve a problem.
