I am a regular smoker of your Lambert and Butler Blues. I went to light one this afternoon and noticed there was a thread protruding slightly at the end. I opened the cigarette to find quite a substantial amount of white string inside? I have smoked your cigarettes for almost 20 years and spend around £70 a week on them. I understand that the tobacco is of a lower grade, but this is unacceptable. I have attached photos. Thank you.
