Lacking in so many ways

I ordered some spices off of Google Express and was let down with my first and only order. I was told it would be delivered by 6/7 and still 2 weeks later nothing showed up. Google sent me an update saying things were running behind and gave me a $5 credit code to use on my next order. Since NOTHING ever came in the mail i started a chat with someone online who canceled my order and gave me a refund. They told me there was a problem with the store i bought the items from. I did not ask for a refund, i wanted the spices that were ordered. When asked for a link to leave a review of Google Express, the lady said they do not have a way for customers to leave a review. How ironic! I'll stick to amazon from now on!
