Lack of urgency on unposted fund transfer concerns reported 1 month ago

1

Dear BPI, I would like to file a complaint on the lack of urgency of your customer service team in addressing the reported concern I've raised last Apr 9 thru email and customer service hotline on my unposted fund transfer worth 100K peso. Here is the ticket id #[protected] for your reference. I have called and sent an email on this topic again with them and even called the recipient bank To validate the transfer (which unfortunately they confirm may not happen due to incomplete bank acct used) thus circling back to BPI to address the concern via instapay. Due to very slow response which meant a lack of inability to resolve the issue as it happen thus reaching out to you for support. Hoping for an immediate action on this matter. Thank you Regards, Daisy Sako Daisy.[protected]@outlook.com [protected]
