At ULTRATAN in Florence, SC on West Palmetto Street, I bought a monthly tanning package right before we closed due to Covid. I just went to tan for the first time since reopening and there was one employee for the entire store, five people in line and 5 girls at the front desk. We waited an entire hour while they were given a tour, signed up, explained different products, asked questions, etc. When I am finally able to tan, Im only given the option to tan for 7 minutes because I havent been to THAT tanning bed in a few weeks, although Ive been tanning in the sun daily and am obviously pigmented enough time tolerate full time in the tanning bed as I was before. Im done with this tanning bed and the lack of staff is ridiculous. User's recommendation: Go elsewhere. Don’t waste your time here.
