Lack of service for Frigidaire electric range Model #FFES3026TW

On 2/15-16/2021 I phoned PCR requesting a service call for my Frigidaire electric range Model #FFES3026TW. (I purchased a Service Contract when I purchased the range.) On 2/22/20021 a PCR tech diagnosed the problem and ordered 3 parts. On the same day I confirmed the order and was told to check back in ten days for a repair date. I phoned on 3/3/21 and was told by Chris that the ETA for the parts was "possibly" 3/5; if not, "absolutely 3/8 or 3/9. I phoned again on 3/10 and was given a new ETA of 3/17. I phoned again on 3/18 and was told by Joe that 2 parts had arrived but the 3rd (Controller #[protected]) which had been ordered from the manufacturer had not arrived. The new ETA was now 3/24. I phoned again on 3/29; that call was returned on 3/30 by Marc. He had been instructed by Argelia in the Parts Department to give me the new ETA of 4/6. On 4/1, I phoned Frigidaire, described the situation (see above) and was told that the Controller is on back order and the ETA for its arrival at Frigidaire's North Carolina warehouse is JULY 13; with an ETA of 7/23-27 to PCR. Assuming another 10-14 days before the actual installation, this brings the repair date to the 2nd week of August. I am appalled that the ETAs given by PCR's Parts Department were never based on fact. For 6 weeks I was totally misled by fictional ETAs. Such dishonesty is a breach of trust that severely comprises the good reputation PCR enjoys regarding its stores, the range of its offerings and its salesforce. PCR's Parts Department's dereliction of duty is a blight on that reputation. I have been unable to bake, roast or broil since mid-February. To extend that time period to mid-August (6 months) is an inconvenience that it entirely too long and completely unacceptable. Given the facts outlined above, I am requesting PCR/Frigidaire to make good by replace my range and installing a new one as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing from you.
