Lack of service and fraudulent billing
I was a customer with counterforce for several years. When I noticed that my home security system wasnt working I notified customer service and after much run around and delay finally got to the bottom of my problem. It seemed that my service had been canceled (not by me) and no one notified me, the billing nightmare that ensued was horrendous. Everything was resolved and my dealings with them over, or so I thought. Today almost one year later I received a notice in the mail that counterforce has put me into a collection agency for $33.32! I have never received an invoice or notice of where or for what this $33.32 is for. I will gladly pay this just to get this sham of a company away from me! To say Im angry doesnt even begin to describe how I feel but as I stated if all it takes is $33.32 to rid myself of this joke then so be it. R Bratley User's recommendation: Run in the opposite direction of this company. If I could I’d give it a half star rating!
