Agents are very sweet to hook you but, when they have to deal with a claim they are very incompetent as the insurance adjuster. Totally lacking in seriousness and courtesy, including Mr. adjuster User's recommendation: DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE WHAT EVER THEY OFFER YOU.
