Kevin would consistently only respond after I sent a 2nd e-mail asking for a response/confirmation. He got our hopes up for over a week to meet a 1yo female german shepherd that was 'available' in their kennel, only to e-mail me the evening before we were supposed to meet her that she was sold that day, when he was supposed to be 'out of town'. Proceed with caution... User's recommendation: Avoid.
